Delete your data

You can request the permanent deletion of your PipeBandPredictor account and personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@surfacedevelopment.co.uk from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, profile photo).
• All predictions you've ever made.
• Your league memberships.
• Your accumulated scores and leaderboard positions.

Anonymous, aggregated statistics that do not identify you may be retained.

How long it takes

We'll confirm deletion within 30 days. In most cases it's done within 5 working days. We'll send a confirmation email when complete.
